Hello potential client !

My language journey

My first contact with foreign languages was with Minecraft. Yes. As I couldn't afford the game I decided to get a cracked version. (Please forgive it was the first and the last time and I was a kid 😅).

The only language available in this cracked version was English, so I was subconsciously learning how to say ‘pickaxe’ in English and so many Minecraft related words, I didn't know yet, but as I was growing wheat seeds in the game, another seed was growing inside me. I found it really amusing to discover what other cultures called this object for extracting stone. It was the "language learning seed" which is now growing inside me. It feeds my mind and sustains my brain.🧠

From my 10th birthday to today, I have been learning English through video games continiously until this trip I did with my English class at middle school. It was in Dublin in a foster family, at this period, it was the pinnacle of my language journey. 🇮🇪

By the middle of high school, my English was already fluent and I wanted something more challenging, Spanish was a bit too close to English, I wanted a bit of fresh air and I knew I was capable of better. That's how I started learning Japanese as a high school student. It's been three years now and I've managed to be selected for a 6-month trip and study at Saitama University (Japan).🗾

Japanese, English, video games, All my hobbies are aligned with this profession which support me to provide an excellent quality and accurate game localisation. 🎮
